Welcome to Joyful Inclusive Movement (“JIM”). By registering for a JIM membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Membership & Billing
1.1 Free Trial
Your JIM membership begins with a 7-day free trial. After the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged based on the membership plan you selected during registration unless you cancel before the trial expires.
1.2 Subscription Plans & Automatic Renewal
JIM offers the following membership options:
Monthly Membership: Billed every month.
Quarterly Membership: Billed every three months.
Semiannual Membership: Billed every six months.
Annual Membership: Billed every twelve months.
Your membership automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
By subscribing, you authorize JIM to charge your selected payment method automatically for each renewal period.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account settings.
2.2 No Refunds
JIM does not offer refunds for any membership fees, including partial months or unused time on a subscription.
If you cancel, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time on your subscription.
3. Failed Payment
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment details.
If a payment fails, your membership access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
4. Modifications to Membership & Terms
JIM reserves the right to update membership pricing, terms, or features at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance via email or our website.
Continued use of JIM services after updates indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
