Take a break from linear movement to find the deep spirals in our body. It’s a little bit stretch, a little corethe central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. More, a little bit restorative, and a little bit functional. This flow can be used as a warm up or cool down for another workout, or on it’s own when you need to work through some tension.
