In this class, we are exploring my favorite way to get up and down off the floor. It is a layered class, so you may want to stay in the challenging places for a few days (or even weeks) until the get more comfortable. While the end goal is standing up and getting down with more ease, the process is WAY more important than the product. Remember to have fun!
